30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What Qualifies for a Return or Exchange?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Only items with the following issues qualify for a return or exchange:
- Defective Products: Items with manufacturing errors, print quality issues (e.g., blurred, misaligned, or peeling prints), holes, tears, or other significant flaws.
- Incorrect Items: If you received a different product, size, color, or design than what you ordered.
- Damaged in Transit: Products that arrived damaged due to shipping.
For all qualifying issues, clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect or error are required to process your request efficiently.
What Doesn't Qualify for a Return?
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply changed your mind after receiving your custom-designed or personalized item.
- Incorrect Size Selection: Please refer to our detailed size charts provided on each product page before making a purchase. We cannot accept returns for items where the wrong size was chosen by the customer.
- Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color between the product image on your screen and the physical product may occur due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects.
- Items damaged by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
- Items returned without prior authorization from Guzagift Sport support.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us: Email our support team at support@guzagift.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Step 2: Provide Details: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Step 3: Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and typically respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions. This may include a return shipping label, confirmation of a replacement order, or a refund.
- Step 4: Return Item (If Applicable): If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please return the item in its original condition and packaging as instructed.
