Welcome to Guzagift Sport's Shipping Policy! We're thrilled you've chosen us for your custom-designed sports gear. As a print-on-demand (POD) store, each item is created especially for you once an order is placed. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your unique products.
Production Time
Because every item is custom-made just for you, there's a production period before your order is ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to meticulously create and prepare your products for dispatch. This time ensures the quality and personalization you expect from Guzagift Sport.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has completed production, it will be shipped out. The estimated delivery times below are after your order has been produced and dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The total time from order placement to delivery will be the sum of the production time and the estimated delivery time.
Countries We Ship To
Guzagift Sport is proud to ship to most countries worldwide! We are committed to bringing our unique sports apparel to customers globally. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package directly from the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local post office and neighbors first.
If you suspect your package is lost, please email us at support@guzagift.com with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will work with you to arrange a replacement shipment or a refund.

- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or peak holiday seasons.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
