Production Time

Since every product from Guzagift Pet is custom-made just for you and your pet, there's a short production period before your item is ready to ship. Our standard production time is:

• 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

This time allows us to meticulously print, quality-check, and package your order to ensure it meets our high standards.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has completed production, it will be dispatched for delivery. The estimated delivery timeframes are:

• United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and most European countries: 5-10 business days after production
• Rest of the World: 10-20 business days after production

Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and unforeseen delays.
